December Graduation Ceremony

COLLEGE OF LIBERAL ARTS AND SCIENCES DECEMBER GRADUATION CEREMONY 2014

SUNDAY, DECEMBER 14TH, 2014
2:00 P.M.
THE LIED CENTER

Undergraduate students in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences who either graduated in Summer 2014, or who are candidates for graduation for Fall 2014 will receive an Academic Notice in their MyKU Portal inviting them to attend the ceremony.

Students who wish to participate must register through their Academic Notice.  Registration also includes the option to request guest tickets for the event (students participating in the ceremony do not need a ticket, but all guests must have a ticket to enter).

The deadline for registering and requesting tickets is November 14, 2014.

Tickets will be available for pick up (with an ID) all day on Friday, November 21st, 2014 outside 109 Strong.  Any tickets not picked up on Friday will be mailed on Monday, November 24th to the address provided in the ceremony registration survey.

Students typically wear cap and gown to the ceremony, and information about obtaining these is included in the notice.  They are not required to do so.

If students or guests have special seating needs, there is a place in the registration survey to indicate this and we will follow up with them individually.

Students participating in the ceremony should arrive at 1:00 p.m. to check in and begin lining up.

Doors will open at 1:30 p.m. and guests should arrive in time to be seated prior to the 2:00 processional.
